What is more important; talent or hard work? Combination of both? Defend your arguments!
I think it is a combination of both. I think a person needs to have a certain amount of skill in a field to thrive, but I also agree that you need to be able to put forth effort to further progress that skill. There are plenty of people with that same skill (teaching, lawyer-ing, stripping, whatever)
On the flip side of that coin, you can work hard as hell but if you're not good at it you're not going to get far (most of the time there are exceptions)
