Baby drop? Due 7/21

This is the second time. I'll be sitting down and then feel something drop towards my pelvic. So I lay down and it's not as heavy. Has anyone experienced that? What is that?

I have been feeling this pressure in my lower abdominal area/pelvic area... it might be the same thing?

I've only noticed it 3 or 4 times in 2 weeks. I wonder what it is??

It could be the baby moving and putting pressure on different organs. Or possible Braxton hicks? Your uterus would tighten and you would feel it low. Another thought is something to do with your pelvic floor? You would need to research it, but I've heard of weak pelvic muscles "falling" but it's usually after one have given birth.
