Teething or soothing?

My 11 week old baby keeps chewing on her fingers. It's not hunger signs as she's been fed and rejects more and spits out her dummy in favour of chewing on her fingers. Could she be starting teething this early? If yes any way I can help her.

It sounds like she's just discovering her fingers and hands, soon she'll discover her feet and want to chew on those also. If she's still eating and overall in a good mood I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

Sounds like teething my son started this a few weeks ago with putting his fist in his mouth chewing on it all the time even if he was full and started drooling so much and now I see a tooth poking through on the bottom lol he just turned 16 weeks but this started weeks ago
