25 weeks, sharp pains under ribs and needing to bring up spit

Hey. This is my first timr posting. Im 25 weeks tomorrow woth ny secind child.. for the last few days I have had sharp pains under my ribs and have had to bring up spit a few times... feels like i need to be sick but that's all that comes up..aas in bed all Saturday due to the pains and have barely been able to move around much... has anyone else had these problems? Im going to the doctors tomorrow to see if they can help me.
