Anyone have pooping issues when they are on their period?

Do you have any kind of issues while you are either starting or are full on?

I usually have diarrhea and awful cramps the day of my period and the next day. But after the first two days, there's no issue.

I usually get constipated right around the time I get cramps which is usually about 12 hours after it starts and lasts for 36 hours.

I get badly constipated the week before my period. But when it gets here I have no issues
