Anyone who has experienced no yolk sac or fetal pole at 8 weeks? Went to the ER last night due to some heavy spotting & mild cramping. . Sac measured 6 weeks & 5 days but they couldn't find the yolk sac or fetal pole. Drs say they wanna wait a week to see if the baby is developing or not.. diagnosis was either I miscarried, or I will, or irregular gestational sac or blighted ovum. . Anyone who experienced this & had a positive outcome?? I'm so scared, this is my first pregnancy & I'm praying to God my baby will be fine!!!
