I've heard of some women doing this and it Sounds ideal obviously because you can bring your own child

Yep. I work at a private school an my 1.5 year old goes with me everyday!

Generally you can't have your own baby in the same room you work in, even if the age range is right.  Your babies would have to be with another caregiver in the facility.

Yup I work at a daycare. Plenty of teachers have their own kids in their room at one point

I'm an infant teacher and I work with a girl that had two of her kids in the same room. It really just depends on the center.
