Annoyed needed to vent

I'm annoyed and feeling vulnerable now.

1. A lady telling me how much worse her third pregnancy is than her first due to having other children. I fully respect that, but don't act like I'm having a vacation.

2. My mom telling me we need to register at a bunch of different places and practically offering to do it for me as if I'm incompetent and will screw things up if I do it myself.

3. A childless friend telling me that my life is "over" now that we're having a child.

4. My mom acting disappointed because my husband and I know what we're having but are having a small party with our families to tell them what we're having. Like somehow it won't be fun now that we know. 😞

I'm happily married, we planned this pregnancy and are beyond thrilled to be expecting. I just wish everyone wasn't trying to rain on our parade.
