Implantation bleeding?

Question

Hi I been ttc for 3 year almost 
Last July I had a laparoscopic surgery I had 2 cyst in each ovary... My most fertile days was the 11th and 12th of this month.. Yesterday we bd it did not hurt at all but like 4 hours later 
I went to the bathroom and when I wipe it was light pink discharge but it was only once can this be implantation bleeding or something else please let me know what you guys think and thanks in advance

I'm no expert but implantation bleeding doesn't usually happen that quickly. Unless I'm reading your comment wrong?
 Also, implantation bleeding is more brownish,Not pinkish. Maybe he hit a sensitive spot, or maybe your closer to AF then u thought? TMI, but right before aunt flow, if we BD and he goes super deep and hard, it usually brings on my period. Although, it takes a few days after this. (for me).
