Headaches and light headed

Hey moms! I'm 17 weeks and I've been getting a lot of headaches and light headed if I stand for to long. Which sucks cuz my job is standing all day. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I don't just get light headed I feel like outter body experience. Arms and legs go numb and get heavy.
