My SO and I have been trying to conceive. I'm taking Prenatal Plus and we've been using PreSeed. I took a test about 3 weeks ago it was negative. Well since then I've been eating a crap ton which isn't me, I pee every 20 minutes just about, Lower back pain, some stomach pain and my stomach is gaining, I can see a difference. I also have diarrhea and for some reason really emotional. I don't want to take another test and be let down and since it was negative 3 weeks ago. If not pregnant what else could this be? Any ideas
