2 days till AF

So AF is still 2 days out. Had some really weird brown discharge globs today (which is not normal) and I decided to take a test because I am impatient and came out as a BFN. Anyone get a negative two days before and then a psotive when they actually missed? Or should I count this month out? Still trying to figure out what the discharge was also.
