Should I go to the hospital 😭👶🏻

So basically I'm having a lot of back pain and my stomach is getting super hard and she keeps moving a lot I'm 36 and four days through my pregnancy and I've been feeling contractions a lot but they're not consistent I mean they are but they're not I hate to say I don't know how to really explain it but it's starting to hurt and my stomach's been hurting all day it's been in a lot of pain and now my lower back is killing me??? Stressing
