Relationship struggles

I'm in a bit of a pickle.. I love my boyfriend so much, but everytime he is low (from depression) and I try helping, it's like he doesn't want the help, he'll say stupid stuff like "no body loves me" "I'm just gonna go" and what not, I understand why he does it but every single time it happens I can't help but feel angry. He's said to me that I've changed because I don't "love him the same" or treat him the same" but it's because my feelings get pushed aside and I basically get ignored by with everything I say.. He's my best friend and my lover and I love him so much but I don't know what to do anymore
