Can't breathe :(

So my son has been sick with an ear infection/sinus infection/ possibly bronchitis. And my doc said it wasn't contagious, but I woke up this morning not being able to breathe at all. Like it's really hard for me to take deep breaths and I have some congestion but not a lot. Just feels like my lungs won't expand. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I'm wondering if there's any relief for this?
