20 Weeks

Has anyone else experienced light bleeding around 20 weeks without any pain or other symptoms? I just noticed that I have some but I just went to the doctor last Friday and everything was fine and the baby has been moving as usual, the movement hasn't decreased or anything. This is my first pregnancy so I started to freak out as anyone would and tried to call my midwife but the office is closed for lunch at the moment.
