avoid yeast infection

Anyone who gets common yeast infections please help. I have strep and started an antibiotic today. I have the fluconazole pills which my ob/gyn said to wait until i have symptoms. My last yeast infection from antibiotics lasted 2 weeks. I am taking probiotic pills and will have yoghurt. Does anyone have any advice? I want to avoid a yeast infection at all costs!!!
