Suicide or murder ? TMI

Ok so this picture have been floating around Facebook. Some people say murder and some say suicide but I wanna know what you guys think

I say murder ! Let me know what you think and why ?

I say murder because if that person was sitting and writing the blood splatter is on the right side of the wall and the gun is in the right hand. If the gun is in the right hand then the person put the gun either to the right temple or the side of the head. Either way from the right side the blood would have splattered to the left.

Suicide - the person was sitting on the stool writing their suicide note and then shot themselves through the roof of their mouth. When they fell over, they brought the stool down with them.

The blood splatter is too low to have been done while standing up and too high for sitting on the floor - the two most likely positions (IMO) for a murder.

Suicide. She wasn't facing the desk when she pulled the trigger. Look at the way her knees are facing while she's on the ground. That would make sense as to why the gun is in her right hand and the blood is coming from the left. She was right handed too. It's harder to pull the trigger with your left hand if it's not your dominate.

Oh and to add to my comment also if you notice the person smokes with the left hand meaning they are left handed but the gun is in the right hand.

Murder. She is smoking and her ashtray is to the left of the stool so she had to have been facing the window which means she would've had to use her left hand to shoot herself to have the blood end up where it did but the gun is in her right hand.

Or it can also be a suicide. It looks like the person was finished writing the note, took of the their glasses and then turned sideways on the stool which would have their back to the wall. Possibly put the gun in their mouth and the blood splattered on the wall from a mouth shot not a temple shot. The person wanted one last smoke before doing so thats why the cig and when the person fell they fell back and to the left causing the stool to fall to the right at the same time. Sorry I like figuring stuff out. I say it can be murder or suicide
