Which Nipple cream ?

FTM and I'm planning to breastfeed but I've read that It's recommended to have nipple cream. I'm so confused by all of them. But which is the best to get? Which one are you moms getting? Opinions/Suggestions please .

I bought the 1 and only brand they had at my walmart... but I also have coconut oil that I can use... as well as my own breast milk... so hopefully at least 1 of them will be useful and help me if/when u may need it.

I use breast milk. I've BF 4 babies and for me just squirting a little out and rubbing it on my nipples helps much better than any cream but I do use the cream on top of that at bed time.

I got the coconut oil but I heard boobies is supposed to be really good

Motherlove! And/or coconut oil! Both of these are safe for baby to ingest. Lansinoh I used with my first two and hated it. It hurt to put on, stuck to the nursing pads and you have to wipe off before feeding again 😑

I make my own with coconut oil and lavender oil.
