Used Breast pump

Considering getting a used breast pump and its from someone I DONT know. After doing some reading, what's the big deal? The milk doesn't go into the tubing, I guess I don't understand why people are against it. I called my insurance company and they don't cover a breast pump. Thanks for your input guys 😀
