Confused..

So I'm 3 days late on my period and I've taken cheap tests and more expensive tests and they all come back negative. I only have one ovary (on my right side) but tonight my left side has been trying to get my attention via pain.

Now I do have cyst history but I have no pain on my right side where I do have an ovary. So now I'm just confused...
