Every month I have ovulation pain around day 13 or 14 that varies in strength and duration. In December, the week when we were ttc I didn't not feel ovulation pain. I ended up being pregnant but we had a miscarriage at week 5. We are ttc again this week and I have no ovulation pain again, however last month I had strong ovulation pain as usual but we waited one cycle as my dr advised and did not try then. Anyone else experience this? Could lack of ovulation pain be an indication of pregnancy or predictor of another miscarriage? Thanks
