Ovulation after Mirena
I'm finding it very hard to figure out when I am ovulating. I had Mirena and it came out and I'm not on any BC at the moment. I never got a period with Mirena. Any girls get off Mirena or any other birth control and have trouble tracking your cycle/ovulating and have suggestions?
