Can you get pregnant when on the implant???

I've been recently feeling pregnancy symptoms and not feeling my normal self... I've been on it about a year and haven't experienced any of these symptoms before until just a week or two ago. Does anyone know anyone who got pregnant off nexplanon? TIA

I'm pretty sure is less that one percent chance... So probably not but hey, abstinence is the only thing that's going to prevent pregnancy lol. Anything is possible
