I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I keep getting this pain on and off in the lower left of my abdomen. It's not like cramping or anything I've ever had before. It feels like sort of a sharp pulling pain in my lower belly going down into my groin? It's duration and frequency is completely random and the pain level is 2/10 anybody know what this could be? Should I worry? As you can tell this is my first pregnancy haha
