It's definitely elevated. The worry about the bottom number more so than the top, because the too number can fluctuate easily. I'd call your doctor tomorrow, explain how you were or are feeling and mention this. They need to know in order to do what's best for you and baby!

Your heart was racing so it probably wasn't accurate when you take your bp you should rest or relax for 10 minutes it would be more accurate

Mine looked like that and after testing half an hour and retesting it was back down to normal. 
If it doesn't go back down, then start tracking every hour or two and call doc if it doesn't go down in four hours.
