So many gimicky things out there. It's really not necessary to purchase. It's not going to help the incision any and if anything it will be more annoying pulling down to go to the bathroom all the time. It would have to be like a spanx to hold in the muscles and come up high under the bra line. So you would have to use a bit of belly muscle to pull them down and that's going to be uncomfortable not to mention annoying pulling up and down with a giant pad for the bleeding 4-6 weeks post delivery b

I'm using a body binder that the hospital gave me. They just told me go wear it and I have been.  I delivered on Monday, but I never had a c-section before this one so I honestly don't know in what way it has helped me. They didn't explain it to me and due to it being an emergency c section my mind was just on the baby.
