Late menstrual

So its day 10 of my missed period. I've had sex twice on day 1 and day 2 of my missed period but it was protected. I had slight to medium spotting and a little cramping here and there but thats about it. I didnt take a pregnancy test. Should I ? Any advice ? Help !!
