Safe Skincare products?

Does anyone recommend a safe skincare product or line to use during pregnancy? My hormones are wreaking havoc on my skin, and I'm very hesitant to use my current products due to high levels of benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid & retinoids... Thanks in advance!

I've been using Philosophy products. There's a gentle facewash, Micoexfoliating wash, and moisturizers. They're the most effective and natural that I've found.
