Back pain? 911🚨🚑

My back is hurting like its never hurt before for 2 hours straight now. Ive only had a couple cramps nothing serious im 26 almost 27 weeks is this a normal thing? Im starting to get nervous!

Thank you for the responses ladies! I went to the ER yesterday morning early and found out my UTI meds didn't work so i was put on IV fluids and given a shot to fix the UTI and another for nausea. Im not feeling 100% but im at about 70 compared to the 40 from the other day

Based on the description it could be hydronephrosis because I just had that at 35 weeks and that's how my pain was I would call my doctor at the very least

I would go to the hospital or phone labor and delivery and let them know what's going on... it's always better to be safe than sorry.  Hope you feel better and everything is ok!
