Babies heartbeat?

How early/late did everyone hear their babies heartbeat?

We didn't hear ours until about 15 weeks. But all our sonograms and stuff let us see that the heart was beating so we didn't worry

Saw on ultrasound around 6-7 weeks, heard them at 10 weeks

I saw it at 6 weeks 121bpm, and heard it with a doppler at the doctors office at 10+3 180bpm

I'm so excited! My first appt is the 14 of March and the following Monday is my first ultrasound. I'll be 7 weeks I think!
