Hi all. I work for time warner cable. It's still too early to tell anyone that I'm pregnant so I'm trying to piece together what their maternity leave policy is. From speaking with another coworker awhile back, I gathered that you need to use your sick time first and then the leave kicks in. However, what I'm unsure on is whether or not the leave is paid for. Does anyone else work for Time Warner and know what their policy is?
