Back pain and don't now how to get rid of it?

Question

I started having really bad lower back pain today and took Tylenol to get rid of the pain but isn't working. Can someone please give me some advice on how to help me get some relief?

Mine comes and goes but my midwife said a heating pad on low is fine!

if you use a heating pad, just don't let it get too hot. listen to your body. if you're too hot, lose the pad. we know our own bodies best :)

I also had really bad lower back pain for a week or two. My friend suggested sleeping with a pillow between my knees and the pain was gone within about two days. Hope this helps!!

I noticed that every time I have horrible back pain, it's always because I wake up from sleeping and I'm on my back. I've got it now where I sleep with a body pillow that I hold onto all night and sleep with a heated blanket rolled up behind me. You could also try using a heated water bottle in the curved lower area of your back while you're sitting. I've found that doing that generally covers pain in all areas of the back. :)
