Headache relief?

Question

Do you think using a warm rice wrap would help? What have you ladies been using? This is the first one that I've gotten to where it's almost a throbbing pain and I want to stop it before it worsens.

I had headaches earlier on and they were pretty bad - I found drinking lots of water and  putting an ice pack/cool cloth/frozen bag of peas on the back of my neck felt good - I read that putting something cool on the back of your neck and even putting your feet in warm water helps draw blood away from your head - not sure if that's true but it worked for me so figured I'd share :) feel better and all the best to you

I've always found that cold/coolness helps with headaches. I got a really bad one around 7 or 8 weeks. I drew a Luke warm bath. It was warm enough to be tolerable but cold enough to lower my body temp just a little bit to help my head.
