So I moved from Virginia to Texas a few weeks ago and I had Virginia medicaid. I tried getting Texas Medicaid but they said I had to cancel my Virginia Medicaid first. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to cancel my Virginia Medicaid and it is still active until April 1st but my due date is on March 30th. So I called a couple of doctor's offices and they won't accept my out of state Medicaid. I haven't seen the doctor in about 11 weeks when I was 25 weeks and I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow. I'm planning on just going to the hospital tonight and having then bill me just so I can get an ultrasound to make sure everything's okay with the baby. I can't stand not knowing what's going on with the baby. I'd like to know if the baby is head down, if I'm dilated, etc. Or should I just wait the 4 weeks and hope for the best when I go into labor?
