My best friend wanted to plan a baby shower for me and we had the theme, list of people and the date set. Now my soon to be MIL wants to plan one too. So they are both planning it together now, but it seems like they won't talk to each other. They only want to go through me. My fiancé talks to his mom and finds out she wants to change the date (to a date where my best friend wouldn't be able to come, she will be in Alaska) and tries to make me handle it. But I'm not the one planning it!! What do I do? I am so beyond stressed, I don't want to be planning my own baby shower. I hate being the middle man! And most of all, I just wish his mom would talk to my friend! What do you guys think? Am I overreacting????
