Schedule

My daughter will be 12 weeks this week and from what I'm reading it sounds like she should be on more of a schedule than she is but I'm not sure where to start...Is anybody having luck getting your baby on a semi-predictable schedule? What time are you putting your baby to bed at night and getting up in the morning?
