Poop and pregnancy ?

Ugh...today has been the worst. Does anyone have ibs like episodes? I randomly start cramping, get chills then have to hit the toilet. I've already gone 3 times today. Any suggestions on making it quit? (I'm 4 mos)

Happens to me all the time. I had my gallbladder removed after my son was born and ever since then I poop a lot...especially right after I eat I need to run to the bathroom...it's sucks. I was hoping pregnancy might plug me up a little lol but no such luck

No suggestions but I know what you're going through! I can feel when bm is hanging out by the uterus (sorry tmi) and get gnarly cramps! Maybe try adding more fiber? Good luck!

Unfortunately no. :( I've had persistant diahrea for a couple months now and I haven't found anything to help. Just try to be healthy, make sure you drink tons of water to replace the fluid you're losing, and don't eat anything that you know will make it worse.
