No symptoms !!
I am 6w2d and the only reason I know I'm pregnant is because of my missed period & I took a pregnancy test. I don't have cravings, no cramps, boobs a little tingly , but that's about it. Am I suppose to be experiencing any other symptoms ? My doctor appointment is scheduled for 8w .. I'm tempted to take another test in the meantime just to make sure it's still positive 😩.
