Eating healthy????
Ladies, is it possible for any of you to eat healthy in the first trimester?!? I was a pretty healthy eater before but now I can barely look at a salad without wanting to throw up. Seriously all I want is chickfila chicken sandwiches, pizza, and salt and vinegar chips. When I eat then I feel like a million bucks but eating healthier options like almonds and granola I feel like poop all day! Please tell me I am not the only one!! What foods can y'all not live without?
