Hi ladies! I am 4"10 and expecting my first baby. I am 22 weeks along and I have started to talk to my OB/GYN about my fears. she said nothing is guaranteed and we will just have to wait and see what happens. My main concerns are that obviously I don't have much room for baby to move around and grow in, and also that I will have no choice but to have a caesarian. Don't get me wrong- as long as baby is healthy and gets here safely I'll be happy, but my size just concerns me. I don't know whether me being being small can cause complications or whether it's no different. Do any of you short mamas out there have any advice or stories that you could share with me? Were you able to deliver naturally? Did you carry your baby to full term? Was your size a concern to your doctor/midwife? I'd love to hear!
