so this article came out a few days ago. I truly hope I'm not the only one that finds this absolutely ridiculous, mindblwing even. we are so eager to go and rescue dogs from another country, but we will let the cows, pigs, chickens, etc live in equally terrible conditions on your own soil?
the hypocrisy in speciesism in this world never ceases to amaze me.
since we have done this, do you think say, a culture or country that doesn't eat pork come and save some pigs?
or cows? or anything else?
any thoughts welcomed here.
