My fear is that I will black out/pass out during labor. I already have very low blood pressure (60/40 at some points) and have blacked out several times before and during pregnancy. I've heard an epidural can lower blood pressure and I'm just scared especially if I'm not able to eat that I will pass out. I'm usually blacked out for several minutes. Would they do an emergency c section or wait for me to come to? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
