Do you prefer using a pregnancy pillow to sleep or body pillows?

pregnancy pillow to sleep or body pillows?" /> I have 2 body pillows and a regular pillow I use for support during sleep but since it's not all one unit, I'm considering buying a special pregnancy pillow.  Just not sure if it's more effective at being supportive and comfortable.  If you use one, what's it called and why did you choose it?

I spent the $60 on a pregnancy pillow and holy shit, best $60 I have spent pregnancy related so far.

Mine is called the snoogle. It was just the one I'd heard of so it's what my husband got for me. Second pregnancy with it and I still love it!
