4 lbs in a week?

I'm not sure how! But I'm pretty sure I just gained 4 lbs this week . Oh my gosh!! Anybody else experience this ?

It's most likely water weight. 1 gallon of water weighs 8 pounds. If you've been particularly thirsty, or even just drinking a decent amount of fluids, it's really not surprising.

I just did too. My weight does fluctuate quite often though. Set a goal of how much you want to gain altogether and do your best to space it out to avoid stretch marks and shortness of breath.

I haven't gained anything my whole pregnancy. I started at 185, lost 5 lbs first 2 trimesters and then finally got up to 187.4, lost a lb at my 36+2 appt, then went to my 37+2 appt and had gained 2.5 lbs.
