What I've learned!

There seems to be a lot of myths and truths & "it depends on the person" when it comes to pregnancy but I would like to share what I've learned these past couple months being pregnant!
1. Stretch marks will come if it's meant to be, no matter what kind of lotion/oil you're using. Just pray for the best genetics lol.
2. Breast feeding or formula feeding; as long as the baby is getting fed the nutrients they did, you're good!
3. Jeans suck. Tights & yoga pants all the way!
4. You usually don't pop until 20+ weeks and even then, it depends on your size and it happens over night!!!
5. If you had a medical problem before (migraines, fibro, asthma, etc) pregnancy will either make it stronger or take it away all together because of a hormone that your body gives off.
6. It's actually better to just cry it out.
7. Peeing in a cup with baking soda, the heart beat, the Chinese calendar, etc: those won't determine your baby's gender but it is fun to see if it's correct.
8. Do not shave your tummy hair, it will come back thicker and stay after the pregnancy! Leave. It. Alone!!! It will fall off on its own after.
9. You're actually pregnant for 10 months, not 9.
10. When you pee, lean forward and it will help to make sure you completely emptied your bladder.
What have you guys learned?!? I would love to hear 😊😊😊.
