So I've been with my boyfriend for 8 months, and just found out I've had Trichomoniasis the entire time, neither of us ever had symptoms or anything and I had just been confirmed clean before him so I know it was him. I found out and was treated yesterday, he has to wait for an Appt (and of course no sex) but both Trich and the treatment(2000mg metronidazole) have risk in pregnancy like low birth weight and premature birth and even after treatment. I'm so worried, I mean I didn't even know I had anything to worry about and now I'm just scared something bad will happen or already has. Anyone else have a similar experience? I'm guessing no :(.
