You can conceive 12-14 days after the first day of your last period. You don't ovulate the same time every month. I just had this talk with my doctor yesterday because I have two possible fathers. Because according to my due date it says I concieved July 6th and she told me because I was with someone July 1st and then the second guy multiple times from the 4th to the 6th it could be either one of the guys. Now I don't know your situation but it could be correct or could not be

About two weeks after your last period is usually when conception occurs, but the doctor will measure based on the first day of your last period. If you ovulated earlier or later then baby will measure smaller or bigger, but it'll still be based on your last period. Which I'm assuming was in January?
