Cramps that kill

Yesterday my period came and it was during school but I caught it before I bleed everywhere cause I felt like someone was pinching my lower region. As the day went on the pain got sharper and sharper, at one point I was in the middle of talk and I felt I was penetrated with a sword. I finally got home and I got comfy and took some medicine but it didn't work😤. So laid in bed and took a well needed nap. After I woke up I was still in pain on the verge of tears. I got in the fetal position but when I moved my legs I swore my stomach muscles tore. I called my best friend and I was tearing up. My cramps hurt so much that I couldn't sleep and I went to bed at 1am when I had to wake up at 4.
