Cramp relief
So I have horrible cramps every period and no matter what I do they never get better. I take 800 mg of ibuprofen ever time I can. I use hot water bottles but I always end up in a ball almost crying because of them. If you have anything, ANYTHING, that could help please tell me. I literally feel like I'm dying.
